The company will use a food photographer to take all pictures of the candy and of any content that is going to be published on the website. The company will work on a Mac platform as they currently work with this platform.
They will use a graphic design software called Adobe Photos Elements 12. This software will allow them to create professional material to be published on the website by the designer. The Pales Candy Company will use the payment processing service that Spiffy has built into their platform. If The Pales Candy Company hits a high payment volume, they can easily upgrade to Authorize. Net. The service on Spiffy charges a transaction fee based on the level of package you purchase. This format will allow the many to have their payments deposited into the account they set up with Spiffy.
The dashboard on Spiffy allows the company to track its customers, orders, payments and traffic to the website. This data can be exported into the companies Cookbooks software for reporting purposes. The company will integrate Salesrooms platform for its CRM solution. This is a cloud based platform that can be integrated with Spiffy. It will be billed on a monthly basis to the company, and they can choose from 3 different levels of service. They will start out at a basic level to integrate the platform until the need arises to upgrade, which can be done at any time.
This platform can be integrated with outlook and even an excel spreadsheets. You can import and export information directly into implemented and analyzed. Search Engine optimization (SEE) is a critical strategy and will be very challenging. Many factors will need to be considered that will not only optimize the keynoters that are chosen, but also implementing these methods into our business goals.
